My stay at the hotel was mostly disappointing. The building felt old, and a lot of things need fixing, like the broken elevator and the cloudy pool. While the location near Hershey Park is a plus, the cleanliness and service were lacking. I cannot recommend staying here due to the uncomfortable conditions and unhelpful staff.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were disrespectful and not helpful at all, which really soured my experience.
